About Me Claire Rees
I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own story.
My greatest transformation began in my 40s—a time when life is supposed to make sense. For me, it was the beginning of a journey I never expected: a journey through child alienation, family estrangement, and rediscovering who I truly am.
For years, I didn’t see what was really happening. The pain, the red flags, the sense that I just didn’t “fit”—it all became my normal. I tried to belong, to play my part, but the more I tried, the more I felt ostracized and misunderstood. My family dynamics became a maze I couldn’t navigate, and eventually, I found myself on the outside looking in. This isn’t a story of self-pity—it’s a story of awakening.
At the same time, my husband was fighting his own battle: a decade-long struggle through the courts, trying to remain a father to his daughter. Ten years of heartbreak, legal battles, and hope—only to be met by a system unequipped to recognize the realities of child alienation. The cost was more than financial; it was emotional, mental, and physical. We built a new life in a new country, but the weight of it all threatened to crush us.
But here’s the truth: I refused to let my story end in pain.
I realized that I am the only person I will live with for the rest of my life. I decided to invest in myself—not to run from my past, but to build a future that felt like home. I found a coach, and for the first time, I focused on what I could do, on who I could become. Healing is an act of courage, and I chose to be brave.
Experience alone wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to serve others with both compassion and expertise. So I trained, studied, and became an NLP Coach. In April 2025, I earned my accreditation as a Certified Transformational Coach.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned—my scars, my studies, my story—to help others who are walking a similar path. My mission is to help you move forward, break free from the patterns that hold you back, and step boldly into the life you truly deserve.
My Philosophy
I believe every person deserves a voice—a space where they can truly be heard, without fear of judgment. We all have the right to express our thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, to belong, to be happy, and to live the life we deserve, on the path we choose.
My mission is to offer you, the reader, this space: a place where you’re not expected to fit in, but are encouraged to belong. Here, you’re invited to find your tribe—not by changing who you are, but by celebrating it.
We can’t always control how others see us, what they think, or how they react. But we can choose how we show up, how we respond, and how we nurture our own hearts. If we can choose to hate for no reason, then we can choose to love for no reason. And that choice is where true transformation begins.
“You don’t have to fit in to belong. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.”
— Brené Brown
As the saying goes,
“You can teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
My goal is not just to support you through your challenges, but to empower you with the tools, insight, and self-belief to thrive long after our work together is done.
You belong here. Your voice matters. Your story is important.
So join me on this journey, and let me help you dig deeper into yourself and lead the life that you deserve.
With love and hope,
